What happens to the details you send through this website. Last updated 02/11/2026.
What I collect
Only what you type into the call-back form: your name, business name, phone number, the best time to call, and anything else you choose to add. If you email me instead, I have whatever you put in the email. This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies.
Why I collect it
To call you back about a website for your business, and to send you a quote if you ask for one. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms receives the form and emails it to me. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
- hCaptcha checks that the form is sent by a person, not a spam program. It loads only when you start filling in the form, and it may collect information about your browser to do that check. Their privacy policy is at hcaptcha.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website, and like any web host it processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block attacks.
Some of these services store information outside Australia.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for as long as I need them to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as I need them for that work and my business records.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email cobber.solutions@outlook.com. I'll tell you what I hold, correct it, or delete it if I don't need to keep it.
