Sites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which is free for a small business site. The domain name is the main running cost, usually a small yearly fee paid to the registrar you choose.
Yes. You send notes about your business and services, and I turn them into plain-English page text for you to check. Nothing goes live until you've approved it.
I choose stock photos of tools, spaces and products that suit your trade, and credit each one. I don't use stock photos of people pretending to be your staff or customers.
Ask whenever you need something changed. Small changes are covered by the care plan, or I quote them one at a time. With the Self-edit package you can also change text, prices, hours and photos yourself.
Yes. Most visitors to a small business site are on a phone, so every site is designed for phones first and then checked on tablets and desktops.
